FILLING, COMPLETING AND SEALING THE VIALS
While we are supplying a Medical-grade anticoagulant for use in our Love In Vein Blood Vial Kits, and we have performed extensive tests, we cannot accept responsibility for discolouration of the blood, caking, drying or separating of the blood.
Once blood is exposed to Oxygen, it naturally begins to dry and discolour and (as with any blood outside of the body for an extended period of time) oxidize to a deep red / light brown color.
This is normal and cannot be avoided, however the faster you seal the vials, the less exposure there is to Oxygen.
We have made every effort to supply the information, products and tools to best ensure your blood stays liquid for many years but as the completion of the pendants is outside of our sphere of influence, unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any changes, color variations or separation of the blood.
The responsibility to fill, adequately seal and complete the vials lies with the buyer and we cannot accept any responsibility, nor process refunds or credits or send replacements for vials which are not suitably sealed, leading to the contents leaking or drying.
By purchasing this kit, the buyer accepts full responsibility for filling and sealing of their vials.
For this reason, we suggest allocating sufficient time for the process, having good quality glue ready, carefully following the instructions and checking throughout the process for sufficiently airtight sealing of the vials.
We are at your disposal for any questions you have! -

CUSTOMS FEES & TARIFFS
There are two types of taxes charged when goods are imported into a country: VAT (or similar Tax) and Customs Fees.
Customs Fees are charged on physical goods that are imported into a country from another country or territory.
These fees are applied to international sales, but never domestic (unlike VAT, JC, GST, SST, HST, QST or similar tax, which can be applied to both goods imported into a country and goods sold locally).
The buyer is responsible for paying costs associated with the purchase of a product online such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. In some countries, the sales platform / online store is obligated to collect taxes such as VAT, on imported goods and pay this over to the tax authorities.
The vast majority of customs charges are calculated on arrival of the item in the destination country and payable by the buyer. The amount can vary widely and is often based on the category, price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, country of origin and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country.
This is to notify our buyers, in advance that additional duties and taxes (such as those charged by the destination country) may apply.
In the case of shipments to USA, due to the new Trump tariff, there will be additional tariffs due and payable on arrival of the parcel in USA.
Unfortunately we cannot pay this in advance as the amount is calculated on arrival in USA.
DHL will reach out to the buyer and notify them of the payment due prior to delivery of the parcel.
Please contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges. -
